Returns & Refunds

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
